Baked cherry tomatoes

Prepared with an innovative transformation process, the freshly picked cherry tomatoes are washed, manually cut and left to dry in special ovens at low temperature for about 8 hours, so from to evaporate the high percentage of water present in the fruit and by doing so to remain only the natural sweetness of tomato, great for snacks and with spaghetti and fresh basil, olive oil or with mozzarella buffalo and black olives.
