In 1985, a group of operators and experts of the sector gave birth to the
Olive.r Company with the aim to promoting consumption of table olives and Italian
products in particular.
The quality of our olives lies in the care with which the products are selected.
Quality is then enhanced thanks to our production, selection and processing standards,
performed onsite at the production locations.
Last Olive.r project is to replant incredibly tasty Italian olive varieties,
which have almost disappeared, in the gorgeous regions of Puglia, Sicily and
Calabria, and to process them through completely natural methods(preparation
of the brine, cure and maturation).
