All our processing phases of the fresh product are carried out with innovative methods, monitored under our Certified Quality System UNI EN ISO 9001/2000 in compliance with health and hygiene laws, in our Plant at Rocca Massima, 40km away from Rome and in our collection centres in Puglia and Sicily. Our processing method counts with the most efficient packing systems, resulting in a pleasant packaging of the product that keeps and improves its natural flavour.
