FRESH MUSHROOMS

After many years of study and tests, Olive.r s.r.l., in collaboration with a research institute and other partners, on food storage, has implemented and tested with surprisingly good results the storage in protected atmosphere of fresh wild mushrooms. Said process extends their freshness, without altering their organoleptic characteristics of texture and flavour, for a period of 6 days from the date of packaging.

SLICED FRESH PORCINI MUSHROOMS 200 g

Mushrooms of the Boletus Edulis species and relative group, obtained by the processing of freshly collected mushrooms in their country of origin. After an accurate cleaning, mushrooms are mechanically sliced and placed in a storage cell for their later transportation and packing.

DICED FRESH PORCINI MUSHROOMS 300 g

Mushrooms of the Boletus Edulis species and relative group, obtained by the processing of freshly collected mushrooms in their country of origin. After an accurate cleaning, mushrooms are mechanically diced and placed in a storage cell for their later transportation and packing.
