Besides the number of kinds of table olives, its primary product, Olive.r counts with a wide range of pickles and pates to please any taste, taking to our table a scent of Italy.
OLIVES
The special features of the Olive, ancient and noble fruit, other than a food, make it an ever increasingly demanded ingredient of our recipes and meals. This is due to this fruit’s adaptability to any course, from appetizers to first courses, well matching with both meat and fish. Every dish has a fitting olive variety.
PICKLES
Olive.r pays particular attention to the processing of in-oil products, the fresh crop is processed onsite, at the production locations (Table of the Apulias), according to their proper season for collection.
PATES
For the preparation of this line of products, we strive to stick to the exclusive recipes, elaborated in collaboration with highly skilled chefs. These products allow you to quickly prepare original and tasteful meals.
FRESH MUSHROOMS
Olive.r s.r.l. has implemented and tested with surprisingly good results the storage in protected atmosphere of fresh wild mushrooms. Said process extends their freshness, without altering their organoleptic characteristics of texture and flavour, for a period of 6 days from the date of packaging.
